Cookie Policy
Cookie-Richtlinie · Last updated: 12 August 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. ClinicDraft also uses local storage, which works in a similar way. Both are covered by this policy.
2. What we use
We use only strictly necessary cookies and local storage. We do not use advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell data to third parties.
- Authentication: keeps you signed in to your account between visits. Removing it signs you out.
- Language preference: remembers whether you use the English or German interface.
- Workspace preferences: small settings such as whether your writing-style samples are applied to new documents.
- Payment security: Stripe sets cookies on its checkout and billing pages to process payments and prevent fraud.
3. Why we do not ask for consent
Strictly necessary cookies are required to deliver a service you have requested, so no consent banner is needed. If we ever introduce analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
4. Third-party cookies
Payment pages are operated by Stripe, which sets its own cookies for payment processing and fraud prevention. Their use is governed by Stripe's own privacy and cookie notices.
5. How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Because our cookies are strictly necessary, blocking them will sign you out and may prevent parts of ClinicDraft — including checkout — from working.
6. More information
For details on how we handle personal data more generally, see our Privacy Policy. Questions: hello@clinicdraft.ch.
