How refunds, cancellations and the free trial work at ClinicDraft.
7-day refund window
If you are not satisfied with ClinicDraft, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.
After 7 days
After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.
Free trial
The 14-day free trial can be cancelled at any time before it ends without being charged.
How to request a refund or cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Billing. To request a refund, please email us at hello@clinicdraft.ch with the email address you used to sign up. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your first payment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
